We are working with a
Housing Association based in Swansea who are looking for a
Service Charge Manager to join their team on a permanent contract. This role is
WFH with occasional commute to the office.
Salary: £46,921 - £50,000Service Charge Manager responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategy and associated policies for service charges across all tenure types.
- Ensure residents receive a high-quality service that reflects the needs and requirements of their property and estate. Including leading on consultations in relation to services provided.

Service Charge Manager requirements:- Understanding of legislation of service charge
- Working across different departments and influence
- Leasehold experience
